AO Globe Life is seeking a full-time remote Licensed Insurance Agent to help working families understand and select life and supplemental insurance products across the United States and Canada.

You will conduct virtual appointments, manage leads, follow up with policyholders, and complete applications with accuracy while staying compliant with industry regulations. A license or ability to obtain one and reliable internet are required, with a focus on ethical, customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to advise clients on appropriate coverage options.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage or related insurance environments, understanding industry practices and regulations.
• Background in Finance or financial services, with the ability to discuss basic financial concepts and protection needs.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse clients.
• Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one promptly), and eligibility to work remotely with reliable internet access.
• Comfort with virtual tools and CRM systems, and the ability to manage schedules and leads independently.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliant, ethical sales practices.
• Prior experience in remote sales, call center, or client-facing roles is beneficial.
