No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing guidance are provided. You’ll work from home, earn commissions with performance-based incentives, and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Qualifications
- 18+ years and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Own computer and reliable internet connection.
- Willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.
- No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Connecting with prospective clients through warm leads.
- Setting and conducting virtual appointments.
- Identifying client needs through thoughtful conversation.
- Explaining life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products.
- Following up with clients and maintaining professional relationships.
- Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings.
