Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a licensed Life & Health agent for a fully remote role. You will conduct virtual financial discovery, evaluate client needs for life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities, and coordinate with carriers to streamline applications and policy issuance.

You will rely on integrated CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads, translate complex concepts into actionable steps, and design a flexible workweek with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agent or ability to obtain license.
• Ability to host professional video consultations.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable steps.
• Organized self-starter comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
• Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication, maintaining long-term client trust.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client application and policy issuance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand-ups and interactive mentorship sessions.
