Ideal candidates are licensed Life & Health agents (or willing to obtain licensure), tech-fluent, and capable of delivering clear, actionable guidance in video consultations. This fully remote role offers autonomy and commission-based earnings with full system support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agent or willing to obtain licensing.
• Able to host professional video consultations for clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication for virtual engagement.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual discovery to assess client needs and recommend insurance products.
• Engage inbound/outbound leads via CRM and digital channels.
• Build long-term relationships through empathetic virtual communication.
• Coordinate with carriers to streamline applications and issuance.
• Participate in daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
