Qualifications

• Hold an active State Life & Health License or be ready to tackle licensing.
• Energized by connecting with people over Zoom or Google Meet.
• Self-motivated to stay productive in a work-from-home setup.
• High empathy, clear communication and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to explain life insurance, IUL protection, and annuities.
• Uncover client goals and design tailored protection plans.
• Guide applicants through forms and medical underwriting with admin system support.
• Maintain relationships with policyholders as families grow and needs evolve.
• Collaborate in daily team huddles to improve the sales playbook.
