Ideal candidates hold a Life & Health license (or are pursuing one), are comfortable presenting over video, and possess strong self-discipline and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active State Life & Health Insurance License (or pursuing)
• Comfort presenting to clients via live video
• Strong self-discipline and organization for a remote role
• Empathetic listener with strong verbal communication
• Entrepreneurial drive to grow a personal business and daily production

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads across the region using digital channels.
• Lead virtual consultations to tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy approvals.
• Provide long-term support with periodic policy reviews.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, product training, and development workshops
