Qualifications

• Experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate decision making on reinsurance determinations across multiple claim submissions.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory issues and industry developments.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external clients.
• Develop and execute claim management strategies for assigned clients.
• Present training and educational content to clients as requested.
• Produce regular management information and reporting on claims activity.
• Support due diligence and client meetings as needed.
