Responsibilities
- Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads.
- Schedule and complete virtual appointments.
- Conduct needs reviews with clients.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Assist clients in understanding product benefits.
- Provide clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in coaching, training, and leadership development.
