Qualifications

• 4–8 years actuarial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
• Regulatory consulting experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with asset adequacy analysis is preferred but not required.
• Experience with principles-based reserves is preferred but not required.
• Strong writing and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in actuarial portion of financial examinations and regulatory projects.
• Coordinate assignments with lead actuary and oversee analysts as needed.
• Communicate with regulatory clients, with tasks potentially delegated to team members.
• Support health or property & casualty projects when volume allows.
• Peer review on tasks performed by other credentialed actuaries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Managing Director or Director of actuarial team.
