Job summary

Oshi Health is seeking a Licensing & Credentialing Specialist to manage end-to-end payer enrollment, licensing operations, and maintain compliance across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. The role works closely with Practice Operations, Revenue Cycle, Recruiting, and Clinical Operations to ensure providers are enrolled and ready to see patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in provider payer enrollment and credentialing.
• Experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
• Knowledge of CAQH, payer portals, and credentialing systems.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payer enrollment process across plans for new and existing providers.
• Submit and track enrollment applications to ensure timely participation.
• Serve as primary contact with health plans, CVOs, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain provider data across portals and CAQH.
• Support delegated credentialing activities and audits.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Licensing and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure providers are ready.
