Job summary

Oshi Health is seeking a Licensing & Credentialing Specialist to enroll, credential, and keep providers ready to deliver care. You will handle end-to-end payer enrollment, including revalidations and demographic updates, across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans.

Working with Practice Operations, Revenue Cycle, Recruiting, and payer partners, you’ll ensure timely credentialing, NCQA/CMS compliance, and proactive issue resolution to support growth and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years in provider payer enrollment and credentialing.
• Experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid enrollments.
• Knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and payer credentialing requirements.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payer enrollment for new and existing providers across plans.
• Submit, track, and follow up on enrollment applications to ensure timely participation.
• Serve as primary contact with health plans, CVOs, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain provider data across CAQH, payer portals, and credentialing systems.
• Support delegated credentialing activities and audits.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state requirements.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and communicate status to leadership.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Practice Operations, Revenue Cycle, Recruiting and Clinical Ops.
• Identify workflow improvements to standardize and automate processes.
