Globe Life Insurance Company is seeking a Licensing Specialist for a remote role. You will initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents, maintain records across multiple systems, and verify licensing data from various sources to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include processing appointments, terminations, and updates, while protecting sensitive information and communicating with state insurance departments and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn compliance-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents appointed with Globe Life entities.
• Maintain accurate agent records across Mainframe, SOAR, CELS, OnBase and government portals.
• Collect, evaluate, and verify licensing data from multiple sources.
• Ensure accurate setup of agent hierarchy and licensing information for downstream processes.
• Secure and process sensitive agent information in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Review appointment requests and verify licensing criteria for agents.
• Process appointments, terminations, and demographic/biographical updates.
• Monitor inbox and respond to inquiries from agents, departments or regulators.
• Communicate with state Departments of Insurance and vendors on behalf of Globe Life.
• Escalate workflow or data issues to supervisors when needed.
• Respond to agent questions via phone and email with guidance.
