Job summary

Globe Life is seeking an Internal Sales Support to serve as a bridge between service, sales, and broker partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term partnerships. The role manages prospecting, quoting, proposals, enrollment cycles, and broker material requests while coordinating licensing and appointments with TPAs.

Remote/work-from-home position with travel <10%. You will also renewals support, RFP responses, and maintain a robust information library to streamline submissions across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services; prior experience in group insurance processing appointments and working with producers is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience using a CRM tool is required; Salesforce/Tableau is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of the supplemental health market and key aspects of selling new business, including case enrollment guides, marketing, proposals, and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison between service, sales, and broker partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee licensing and appointments process; maintain workflows across internal teams, producers, Globe Life, and TPAs.
• Assist with renewals, proposals, RFP responses, and enrollment cycles; ensure timely submissions and accurate materials.
• Support open enrollment processes and travel (<10%) for premier accounts.
