Job summary

Mindoula Health is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, supporting substance-exposed individuals in Washington State. As a Therapist, Substance Use Disorder & Pregnancy (SUD/P), you will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care across treatment settings with autonomy.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State independent clinical license.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State independent clinical license
• Licensed LMHC/LCSW/LMFT in WA
• Two+ years in behavioral health field
• Experience with substance use disorders
• Crisis intervention training
• Maternal substance abuse background preferred
• Knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid procedures
• Remote work experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy (individual, family, group).
• Conduct measurements-based care and risk stratification; adjust intensity and engagement.
• Coordinate care with CPS/BHSS and other providers; support wrap-around services.
• Provide crisis intervention and escalation management.
• Maintain compliant, detailed documentation (DAP format).
• Engage members via multichannel recovery outreach and engagement strategies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical huddles and track panel metrics.
• Collaborate with external MAT/MOUD providers and community organizations.
• Develop individualized care plans with members and care teams.
