Job summary

NOCD is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to support OCD care through remote intake and clinical services. You will conduct clinical interviews via video, guide evidence-based treatment, and coordinate with a network of psychiatrists and therapists.

You will receive ongoing professional development, mentorship, and a supportive startup environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and timely collaboration.

Qualifications

• Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional.
• MA degree or higher from an accredited university in the behavioral and mental health field.
• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT).
• Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT.
• Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, good with time management.
• Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate and have a confidential, private remote workspace with reliable internet.
• Ambitious and ready to thrive in a competitive startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis: clinical interview via video session to determine diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
• Therapy: living with a program that includes live video sessions and app messaging with check-ins as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to inform treatment decisions as appropriate.
• Refer members to external resources when warranted.
• Engage in ongoing consultation, training, and supervision to support clinical practice.
