Gotham Enterprises Ltd. seeks a full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote telehealth therapy for adults across Kansas.

This role focuses on understanding client experiences, building coping skills, and addressing mood or relationship concerns in a private home workspace. You will conduct virtual sessions, develop treatment goals, and maintain accurate documentation while protecting client privacy in all communications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
• Active LCPC license in Kansas.
• Experience in outpatient therapy or telehealth.
• Ability to work remotely with private workspace and reliable internet.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients across Kansas.
• Assess client concerns and determine treatment goals.
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Support clients with coping skills, stress management, self-awareness, and symptom reduction.
• Document session notes, care plans, risk concerns, and progress updates.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client privacy in remote sessions.
• Refer clients to additional care when telehealth is not the right level of support.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor is needed to provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout Kansas. The focus is on helping adults better understand what they are experiencing, build healthier coping skills, and work through concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, work, or daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients across Kansas
• Assess client concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Support clients with coping skills, stress management, self-awareness, and symptom reduction
• Document session notes, care plans, risk concerns, and progress updates on time
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client privacy in all remote communication
• Refer clients to additional care when telehealth counseling is not the right level of support

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Kansas
• Experience in outpatient therapy, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth
• Comfortable using video platforms and electronic health record systems
• Strong documentation skills and sound clinical judgment
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote sessions
