Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Licensed LCPC in Kansas.
• Experience in outpatient therapy, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth.
• Comfortable using video platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong documentation skills and sound clinical judgment.
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to clients in Kansas
• Complete assessments and review presenting concerns
• Establish treatment goals based on client needs
• Provide therapy for a range of mental health concerns
• Review client progress and make changes to treatment when appropriate

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
