Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD) to provide telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Build a flexible private practice with strong clinical support and referrals.

You’ll deliver CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults, with 9+ hours of availability, across a flexible schedule from 7am–9pm, Monday–Sunday. AI-enabled EMR and free CEUs support your practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
