Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring a licensed remote mental health therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to provide high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This is a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with strong clinical and operational support.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
