Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to provide high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Deliver CBT-based care and engage in measurement-based progress tracking across a flexible, data-driven care model.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities welcomed (ACT, DBT, EMDR).
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
