Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth to clients in Tennessee during evenings and weekends. Eligiblelicensure includes LPC-MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist, with Tennessee licensure and a willingness to see diverse clients.

Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing; you’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with a flexible schedule across seven days a week, 7 a.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Tennessee — LPC-MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
• Available for minimum 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate and positive contributor.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth.
• Be available for evenings and weekends in Tennessee.
• Treat a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Maintain licensure and proficiency with EHR systems.
