Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care in the evenings and weekends for Arkansas residents. You must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP) and able to commit to at least 10 sessions weekly with 15 hours of availability.

A behavioral health generalist capable of treating couples and children is desired. The company provides administrative support, paid orientation, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Arkansas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth sessions
• Build and maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Operate within a nationwide hybrid care model and use EHR tools for documentation
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in ongoing training and support
