Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Licensed Telesales Supervisor to lead a remote team of licensed health insurance agents. You will coach, monitor KPIs, and drive performance in a fast-paced telesales environment from a home-based setup in the USA.

Ideal candidates have Medicare experience and a Health Producer license, with a track record of coaching to improve sales outcomes and compliance across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

Qualifications

• Active Health Producer License required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent call center supervisor experience with licensed agents.
• Minimum 2 years Medicare experience.
• Proven ability to coach using call center KPIs.
• Strong technical skills including Windows-based systems and call center software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a remote team of telesales agents in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Monitor team KPIs and hold team members accountable for hitting performance targets.
• Identify sales behaviors that drive success and provide real-time coaching.
• Analyze call performance, conversion rates, and sales pipelines to spot opportunities for growth.
• Foster urgency, ownership, and continual improvement across the team.
• Partner with training and sales leadership to enhance process and skill development.
• Accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members.
• Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback.
• Assist with escalated calls and issue resolution as needed.
• Monitor team chat to provide support and align on project priorities.
• Partner with Workforce Management to build and manage team schedules.
• Supervise both local and remote team members.
• Review and evaluate team calls regularly to ensure quality and compliance
