Qualifications

• Active Health Producer License required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a call center supervisor with licensed health insurance agents.
• Proven ability to coach and manage performance using KPIs.
• Strong technical skills with Windows-based systems and call center software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a remote telesales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor KPIs and coach for performance improvements.
• Analyze call metrics and pipeline to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to optimize schedules.
