Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License to operate within California.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate practices including sales and transactions.
• Experience with Real Property management and related processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivation with strong time management skills.
