Job summary

Consciousabraxas is a mental health company offering a part-time, remote telehealth therapist position. The role requires an active license, a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, and experience delivering evidence‑based therapy with flexible hours.

You will provide virtual therapy, assess using DSM-5, and develop client-centered treatment plans while coordinating with the Clinical Director and team for supervision and feedback.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check‑ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation.
• Use Google Workspace and EHR to manage sessions, communication, and caseload.
