Job summary

Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth position. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and families across licensed states while supporting a mission-driven startup.

This remote role offers flexible hours and a W-2 arrangement. You’ll engage in supervision, documentation, and collaboration with the Clinical Director to expand access to quality behavioral health care, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, teletherapy, or related settings.
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team check-ins.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and other therapists for case consultation.
