Job summary

Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You will provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples while using DSM-5 criteria to inform assessments and diagnoses.

You will develop client-centered treatment plans, deliver crisis intervention as needed, and participate in supervision with the Clinical Director and peers. A licensed state, relevant master’s degree, and teletherapy experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication.
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
