Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time remote telehealth role. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to clients across licensed states, develop client-centered treatment plans, and participate in supervision and team check-ins to support a growing mental health startup.

The role requires an active license, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience in outpatient or teletherapy settings.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment
• Experience with culturally diverse or underserved populations
• Bilingual or multilingual

Responsabilidades

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance
