Job summary

Consciousabraxas invites applications for a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role serving clients across licensed states. The position offers flexible hours and a W-2 employment arrangement, with compensation per client session based on credentials and experience.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and collaborate with the Clinical Director and team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
