Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. The position supports individuals and families across licensed states with DSM-5-based assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

The role emphasizes flexible hours in a startup environment, collaboration with a Clinical Director, and ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
