Consciousabraxas, a West Palm Beach-based mental health company, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. This W-2 position offers flexible hours and the chance to expand access to care across licensed states while supporting clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team check-ins.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and therapists for case consultations.
