Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a Per Diem and Part Time licensed outpatient clinic, seeks clinicians to deliver individual, family, and group therapy remotely in Massachusetts. Clinicians collaborate with medical providers and community agencies, while managing their own schedules to balance caseloads and growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, supervision, tuition/licensing support, and a supportive team culture within a trusted UHS network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related mental health field from an accredited college or university.
• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required
• Must be licensed in MA
• At least one year of outpatient experience post graduation with Master’s Degree
• Need to have completed an internship during Masters program to obtain 45 credits
• CANS certification preferred (also able to obtain after hiring if needed)
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
• Familiarity with support groups
• Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent time management skills to maintain appointments and timely record keeping
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule
