Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks licensed or licensure-seeking clinicians to provide outpatient therapy for children and teens in Worcester, MA. Part-time and full-time roles with a ramp-up period are available.

We support clinicians with flexible schedules, weekly supervision, and tuition/licensing assistance. Therapies offered include individual, family, and group sessions, with collaboration across services.

Qualifications

• Provide direct mental health services within outpatient program.
• Experience with child and adolescent clients preferred.
• Internship completed during Masters program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with other medical service providers and community resources.
• Manage own schedule within the outpatient program.
