Job summary

True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters. This inside sales role focuses on closing residential and/or commercial loans with live leads and flexible pay plans.

You will work from a home office, leveraging warm transfers and a fast-paced environment to meet ambitious targets. Candidates should have 1–2 years of origination experience, an active NMLS license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend mortgage products.
• Utilize multiple lead sources including inbound, transfers, and outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans.
• Maintain a high closing ratio with exceptional customer service.
