The role requires an LMFT/LPC/LCSW license in Arizona, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field, and experience in crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Arizona.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, MHC, or Psychology.
• Experience in individual and group therapy using inclusive methods.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficient with electronic health records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with culturally tailored interventions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on mental health options and community resources.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation in electronic health records.
• Participate in team meetings and cultural competency training.
