Job summary

Mood Care Psychological Services is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our remote-friendly outpatient team in Mesa, Arizona. This full-time role supports diverse populations with flexible scheduling and occasional in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Valid and active independent license in mental health counseling (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) or PsyD.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services to individuals, families, and groups using CBT, mindfulness, or solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals for integrated client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute distress or emergencies.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
