Qualifikationen

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage diverse client caseloads and administrative duties.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and interviews.
• Create personalized treatment plans with therapeutic goals and action steps.
• Provide individual teletherapy sessions using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver sessions remotely with high quality.
• Monitor client progress with follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sessions and plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
