Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.
• Experience with diverse populations and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation in EHR.
• Participate in case conferences and cultural competency trainings.
• Stay updated on research and best practices.
