Job summary

A Space for Us Counseling, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing integrated wellness center in New Jersey. We welcome clinicians holding an active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, or LAMFT credential.

We encourage independent or associate-level clinicians who can practice under supervision. The ideal candidate has experience or interest in treating individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on neuroscience-informed, holistic, somatic,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Eligible licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, or LAMFT. Supervision will be provided for provisionally licensed therapists.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred, not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
