Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Maryland to provide high-quality teletherapy in a fully remote setting as a W2 employee. We support licensure expansion, a stable caseload, and a comprehensive benefits package starting at 32+ hours per week.

You’ll work remotely with HIPAA-compliant platforms, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• 1–3 years post-licensure experience.
• Remote work with private, confidential workspace.
• Proficient with virtual platforms and secure messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals via telehealth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic records.
• Deliver evidence-based care in a secure remote setting.
