Job summary

Trinity Health Behavioral Healthcare is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our expanding team in a fully remote role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population, with the flexibility to set your own schedule from home while collaborating with a supportive network.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree and active state licensure for independent practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Current full state licensure enabling independent practice (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/PsyD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and evidence-based therapy services to diverse clients.
• Conduct assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans with clients.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to meet goals.
• Engage clients to set goals and monitor progress across treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Utilize digital tools for efficient case management and follow-ups.
