Cogwheel Behavioral Health, based in Chicago, Illinois, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals facing mental health challenges via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with active state license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/PsyD).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in SW, Counseling, MFT, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for caseloads and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy using modalities like CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in the EHR system.
• Engage in training and supervision opportunities.
