Job summary

Eagle Rock Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. You will provide individual therapy to adults via a secure telehealth platform from your home in Virginia.

Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and documenting progress. A collaborative team environment supports professional growth and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active VA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) required.
• At least 2 years of therapy experience, including virtual sessions.
• Master's degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for adult clients via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and progress assessments.
• Deliver CBT and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Document progress and treatment plans per ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
