Qualifications

• Active Virginia-licensed therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) with clear credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that cater to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, actively working on skill-building strategies that promote personal growth.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops and peer consultations, which enhances the quality of care provided.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to deliver integrated mental health services and foster a holistic approach to client care.
