Job summary

Eagle Rock Behavioral Health is seeking licensed mental health counselors to join our team for a fully remote, full-time teletherapy role. Provide high-quality virtual therapy, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans from your home.

We support a collaborative virtual team with Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM scheduling and a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer contributions, and paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active independent mental health license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in Virginia is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing tools.
• Assess clients' mental health concerns to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, mindfulness) to support clients.
• Document client progress in an EHR system while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and optimize client outcomes.
