Job summary
Skyrise Behavioral Health System in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a licensed mental health counselor for a full-time remote position. You will provide teletherapy to a diverse patient population, using EHR systems to document care, with a Monday–Friday 40-hour schedule from home.
The role requires an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW license and 2+ years of counseling experience, plus bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.
- Current state license as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW required.
- Proven ability to document and maintain patient records in EHR systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients through video-based encounters.
- Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and review medical data and history.
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans with evidence-based practices.
- Record, maintain, and safeguard sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and contribute to care delivery improvements.
