Job summary
Included Health is seeking a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Tennessee to join our team of clinicians as a 1099 contractor. You will provide individual therapy via telehealth under supervision, while our Clinical Operations team handles billing, scheduling, and onboarding.
Responsibilities include virtual counseling, treatment planning, and monthly chart reviews. LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT with Tennessee license eligible.
Qualifications
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
- Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms
- Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
- Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
Responsibilities
- Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process, as assigned.
