Job summary

SharpLane Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed mental health counselor to join our innovative team in a fully remote, full-time role. You will assess clients, design personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions from home, delivering compassionate care and supporting recovery.

Based in Tucson, AZ, we work with a multidisciplinary team, employ EHR systems, and emphasize ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and ongoing professional development to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, MHC, or Psychology.
• Arizona license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of two years of clinical mental health experience.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment planning and evidence-based therapies.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy with cultural competence.
• Proficient in using EHR and basic computer apps.
• Commitment to ethics and client confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments via interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on diagnoses and evidence-based modalities.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy with culturally responsive techniques.
• Provide ongoing support and skills training for coping and resilience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHRs, ensuring confidentiality.
• Stay updated on best practices and continuing education.
