Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Clean professional history, verified by a third party.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Support therapists in scoring and interpreting psychometric assessments.
• Participate in supervisory sessions to enhance clinical skills.
• Attend departmental meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to facilitate client services.
• Prepare comprehensive case notes and assessments reflecting progress.
